About Our Luxury Holiday Home
The Manor House, part of the Hetton Hall Holidays group, is a spacious home in the heart of the North East. Easily accessible to Newcastle, Durham, and particularly close to The Angel of the North and Beamish Museum. With a games room, large reception rooms, and a formal dining room the house is ideal for large family gatherings or friends get-togethers. All of our properties boast sumptuous Hypnos beds to ensure a great night’s sleep.
Outside
The outdoor space really sets this self-catering holiday aside from others. The enclosed garden boasts a decked area from the sun room in the back, whilst the patio area at the front has Jacuzzi hot tub, built in BBQ, and comfortable furniture. Fluffy bath robes, slippers, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine complete the luxury package awaiting guests.
Neighbourhood
It’s peaceful in the quiet cul-de-sac in which the house is located. An Italian restaurant & bar is within 5 minutes’ walk, as is a foodie pub. Other restaurants and pubs are 10/15 minutes’ walk. Newcastle and Durham are accessible by local bus or taxi (15 minutes) and the property is very close to the Angel of the North and Beamish Museum. Hadrian’s Wall and the Coast are easily reached too by car. Cycle routes are accessible directly from the house. Durham’s International Cricket Ground at Chester-le-Street is 5 minutes by car.
